If your power outage is unplanned call Nelson Electricity to report a fault on 03 546 9256 and a faultman will be dispatched. Our call centre is available 24/7.
Customers are advised of planned power outages via letterbox flyer delivery at least five days prior to shutdown.

Monday 22nd April 2024, 9.30 am to 3.00 pm - power outage for line maintenance affecting consumers at 27-55 Quebec Rd, NELSON CITY.
Tuesday 23rd April 2024, 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm - power outage for power box removal affecting consumers at 65-95 Bridge St (odd no.s), NELSON CBD.
Sunday 28th April 2024, 9.30 am to 3.00 pm - power outage for pole maintenance affecting consumers at 39/2 Hastings St; 5-37 Washington Rd; 2, 3 Watson St, NELSON CITY.
