You will need to complete a Network Connection Application form.  These are available from your chosen Approved Electrical Contractor or by clicking the link below.  This Application must be completed for all connections - big or small!

NEL System Connection Form

A Network Connection Application must be completed for -

	Totally new connection
	Temp builder's metered supply
	Overhead to underground conversion
	Upgrade in fuse sizing
	Downgrade in fuse sizing
	Phase change
	Decommission and total removal of fusing and service cable

Complete the Application in full and fax to 03 546 0487 or for further details email katie@nel.co.nz or phone Katie 03 546 0490 to discuss.

Nelson Electricity will forward the approved application to the Approved Electrical Contractor whom you nominated on the form to undertake the work for you.  You will then need to contact the Contractor to book your job in.
